Job Description
- You monitor production-relevant processes using technical monitoring dashboards like Datadog, Metabase and internal tooling
- You identify irregularities or incidents within our processes
- You define and coordinate implementation of monitoring dashboards and controls
- You communicate information and involve relevant teams across the organization to clarify and resolve disruptions
- You ensure the creation of post-mortems, as well as their analysis and the implementation of necessary changes to prevent future disruptions
- You take a coordinative role to ensure processes are adapted to minimise future disruptions
- You report disruptions and anomalies to Managing Directors and C-Level when required
Qualifications
- You successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent
- You completed relevant internships in the finance, banking and/or technology sector
- You have (multiple years of) experience in securities services, brokerage or asset management; prior involvement in a bank’s middle or back office is a plus
- You have the ability to analyse processes for gaps and improvement opportunities, derive and implement strategies thereof as well as establish and enforce processes in close collaboration with various stakeholders in a matrix structure
- You have the ability to break down complex problems as well as understand and communicate consequences and dependencies thereof to relevant stakeholders in a time-sensitive environment while managing competing priorities
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
