YOUR TASKS

• You independently support and advise various PAYBACK partners, coordinating collaboration with numerous internal and external specialists and implementing complex IT projects
• With a passion for CRM, you optimize your partners' strategies across all PAYBACK channels and support their digitalization efforts
• You plan and are responsible for the continuous analysis of data-driven multichannel campaigns
• You are responsible for creating the annual plan and monthly forecasts and will be accountable for achieving targets
• You will manage complex quotation processes, lead negotiations, and successfully bring them to a conclusion with the signing of contracts
• You prepare high-quality presentations at management level and present the content in a convincing manner

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in economics or a comparable qualification
• You own several years of experience in key account management or project management, including the independent management of complex and cross-functional projects
• You enjoy negotiations and are characterized by your confident manner, proactivity, and enthusiasm
• You are a strong communicator and assertive, have an affinity for numbers, and are very customer- and results-oriented
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English round off your profile
