KI-/AI Solutions Manager & Engineer (Generative KI & LLM) (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Shape the future with us: You will support HvS Consulting in the selection, integration, and further development of AI solutions. You will support make-or-buy decisions, evaluate potential and risks, and support the strategic integration of AI into our business processes – with plenty of room for ideas and development potential.
• Technology Scout: You continuously monitor the AI ​​market, evaluate new tools, platforms, and frameworks, and derive recommendations for action for the company.
• Knowledge & Development: You'll not only keep your own knowledge of the latest AI developments up to date, but also actively share it with the team. Through internal workshops and training sessions, you'll build sustainable expertise within the company.
• Technical support: You support colleagues in integrating AI into projects and services – not only in an advisory capacity, but also with pragmatic and solution-oriented participation in the implementation
• LLM with ambition: You will actively participate in the development, operation, and further development of an internal LLM system – not just another chatbot, but a carefully developed AI system with high standards of quality, confidentiality, and data protection

qualification

• Education: A completed degree in business administration, (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
• Experience & project expertise: Several years of experience in the IT environment with clear project responsibility – you know how to evaluate, implement and sustainably establish technologies in the company
• Analytical & strategic thinking: Profound experience in understanding, analyzing, and adapting business processes to market developments – with the ability to identify trends early and translate them into strategies
• LLM experience: Practical experience in dealing with large language models (LLMs) and AI applications – whether in the development, customization or integration of existing solutions
• Strong communication skills : You are able to communicate complex technical content in an understandable way – from management to specialist areas
• Language skills: You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
