3D Designer / Mechanical Drafter
Main Task:
- Assessing current processes, taking measurements, and analyzing data to guide improvements in production area.
- Analyzing time and cost of improvement processes.
- Developing, configuring improvement processes to be implemented with related department.
- Preparing standardization of improvement processes.
- Monitoring improvement results.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
- Able to analyze proses and material costs.
- Have experience at least 5 years in manufacturing and improvements such as Kaizen, lean manufacturing, VSM, FMEA, and PDCA.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in manufacturing.
- Have strong analytical capabilities to identify and resolve process issues.
- Have knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English
