A well-established IT consulting and service provider is expanding its Microsoft 365 practice as part of a long-term cloud transformation strategy.

The role is aimed at an M365 Consultant with experience across the full Microsoft 365 suite who enjoys hands-on project work, customer interaction, and continuous learning. You’ll work on real transformation projects, supported by leading Microsoft specialists, and have the opportunity to grow both technically and professionally.

• Consulting, design, and implementation across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

• Working with core workloads such as Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and OneDrive

• Supporting identity and security topics including Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Defender

• Delivering M365 migrations, rollouts, governance, and adoption initiatives

• Running customer workshops and supporting solution design

• Acting as a trusted advisor in modern workplace projects

• Practical experience across the Microsoft 365 suite

• Broad understanding of collaboration, identity, and security services

• Microsoft certifications (M365, Security, or Azure) or actively working towards them

• Very good German and English skills (minimum C1)

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset

• Residence in Germany and willingness to travel occasionally (project-dependent)

• Fully remote role within Germany
