Aufgabe:

• You will be responsible to efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
• You conduct regular follow-up with managers/recruiters to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• You develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• You research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting and build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• You post openings in appropriate venues (social and professional web media, associations, colleges, institutes).
• Utilize appropriate sourcing channels (Internet, referrals, recruitment vendor) for recruitment

Qualifikation:

• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting in an industrial company with a strong technical focus
• Experience and high affinity in selecting and using a wide variety of sourcing channels
