YOUR TASKS
- As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational support of our PAYBACK partners. This includes both internal and external coordination of all campaigns run by PAYBACK partner companies: among other things, you will be responsible for gathering campaign content and entering it into our booking system.
- This requires daily internal coordination with relevant departments, as well as external collaboration with the PAYBACK partner.
- You will support the sales team in managing PAYBACK partner companies: your active contribution is needed in the operational implementation of partner-specific campaigns and topics.
- You are skilled at structuring complex topics and managing multiple parallel tasks.
- You act as a key link between PAYBACK partner companies, sales, and all internal departments, and you bring strong communication skills to the table.
- You also assist in preparing internal meetings and external partner appointments.
YOUR PROFILE
- Organizing and managing complex topics is your passion.
- Your work style is defined by a strong focus on quality, conscientiousness, and initiative.
- You are also very structured and organized.
- You communicate confidently with both internal and external stakeholders, always keeping the customer perspective in mind and bringing a strong service mindset.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Customer loyalty card systems are not new to you.
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification.
- You have excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken.
