Market Launch & Operations Manager Bidirectional Charging Solution (m/f/d)

• Play a key role in the international market entry of a bidirectional charging solution that turns our customers’ homes into a sustainable, income-generating energy hub
• Own the full end-to-end process for bringing our bidirectional wallbox from manufacturer to our customers’ homes.
• Build and manage a trusted partner network for sales and installation across key European markets.
• Set up efficient, scalable operations to ensure seamless go-to-market execution in multiple countries.
• Design and optimize the installer journey —from clear instructions and app support

• Successfully completed university degree, preferably in Engineering or any energy-related field
• Several years of experience in the energy industry
• At least 3 years in charging infrastructure—ideally working directly with installation companies.
• Experience with third-party hardware, ideally EV charging stations or energy management systems.
• A strong understanding of installer needs, both commercial and on-the-ground realities.
• The ability to keep the big picture in focus while balancing competing priorities.
• A hands-on, proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in German & English, plus willingness to travel.
