Responsibilities:

Drive business development and market expansion for PV projects in Europe, establish partnerships for urban ecological cooperation platforms, manage resources, and uphold the company’s brand image to ensure strategic goals and operational plans set by the group or board are achieved；

Execute annual business plans, monitor progress, and provide actionable feedback to optimize performance；

Conduct market and competitor analyses, with in-depth familiarity of European commercial operations and regulatory landscapes；

Demonstrate proven experience in end-to-end management of residential distributed PV projects；

Guide and motivate cross-functional teams to exceed performance targets；

Coordinate internal resources strategically to accelerate business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields；

Fluency in English or German (written and spoken); prior multinational or overseas experience is preferred；

10+ years of management experience in mid-to-large renewable energy/PV firms, including full-cycle ownership of 5+ PV projects (>5kW) covering development, investment, and cost control；

Deep expertise in PV and energy storage supply chains, with insights into industry trends and European market dynamics；

Strong entrepreneurial spirit, ability to foster a high-performance team culture, strategic vision, integrity, and resilience under pressure.
