YOUR TASKS

  • You are responsible for the performance analysis and optimization of all partner activities across all direct marketing channels on the PAYBACK marketing platform - from print mailings to email, app push notifications, and couponing.
  • You analyze target groups, campaigns, and customer journeys, deriving concrete action recommendations from them.
  • You work with self-service tools and make processes efficient, scalable, and data-driven.
  • You quickly and precisely translate complex content into management-ready presentations and can present them appropriately to various stakeholders (C-level, partners).
  • You regularly create analyses to derive insights for marketing campaigns.
  • You assist in the strategic development of partners with regard to satisfaction, partner goals, and uplifts.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a completed university degree with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification.
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in data-driven marketing or analytics.
  • You love numbers, data, KPIs, and dashboards, and can prepare them in a way that even non-analysts can understand and appreciate at a management level.
  • You have a senior presence, assertiveness, and strategic thinking.
  • You are familiar with multichannel marketing processes (excluding display, SEA, SEO) - from target group selection to performance evaluation.
  • You are fluent (min. C1) in German and English, both spoken and written.
