Your area of ​​responsibility
The position is located within the department AP3.3 "Working and Living Environment, Science Communication and Teaching, FachForumBayern", which is responsible for the conceptual development, target group-specific implementation and presentation of the area of ​​prevention in the working and living environment as well as the
The core tasks of this department include the planning, coordination, and implementation of FachForumBayern – a newly designed exhibition and event platform to be opened at the LGL site in Munich-Pfarrstraße. Technical content, including topics related to occupational safety, will be visualized, presented, and communicated in a way that is tailored to specific target groups. Digital and analog media, exhibits, and graphics will create an engaging and interesting atmosphere for discovery, participation, and networking.

Development and expansion of FachForumBayern as an exhibition platform (on-site and virtual)
Independent guided tours of visitor groups through the FachForumBayern with target group-specific levels of detail and teaching content (including demonstrations of exoskeletons and live experiments)
Organization of guided tours (scheduling, etc.) within the framework of FachForumBayern
Conception, design and implementation of appealing and modern teaching content – ​​whether digital or analog – taking into account didactic aspects for FachForumBayern
Exchange and collaboration with relevant work areas of the LGL and related institutions
Participation in the organization of training in the field of trade supervision
Support with tasks in the subject area, e.g., teaching organization

your qualification
Bachelor's degree in engineering / natural sciences or comparable field, or master craftsman/woman / state-certified technician (m/f/d)
A relevant university degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) in a technical or scientific field, or successfully completed technical training with further qualification as a master craftsman/woman or state-certified technician (m/f/d)
Qualification as a specialist (m/f/d) for occupational safety in accordance with § 7 ASiG (professional experience desirable)
Or
Successfully completed qualification (preparatory service) as a trade inspector (m/f/d)
Confident demeanor and rhetorical skill with regard to guided tours through the FachForumBayern
Physical resilience with regard to independent demonstrations of exhibits, such as exoskeletons.
Open-minded, motivated, creative personality with a passion for working with people and technology
Experience in lecturing and interdisciplinary work is desirable.
Strong teamwork and cooperation skills
Interest in scientific work
Excellent organizational and conceptual skills

High willingness to complete tasks independently and expand knowledge
Safe use of Microsoft Office
