About the Team : The LIVE Operations team is dedicated to optimizing all aspects of TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, we ensure a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users. Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike. We're looking for an Operations Intern to provide remote support, working closely with the TikTok DACH LIVE team based in Berlin and Munich. In this role, you will assist Creator Community Managers and Creator Network Managers by supporting creators, agencies, and their networks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing the customer experience. If the intern demonstrates strong performance, they may be considered for a full-time graduate role starting in 2026. Responsibilities: - Daily Operations: Assist in resolving various issues encountered by creators and creator network partners during the LIVE process by addressing day-to-day challenges, including operational hurdles, trust & safety concerns, etc - Training and Education: Assist in developing and localizing educational materials for creators and creator network partners, ensuring they are well-versed in operational guidelines, trust and safety policies, and platform features. - Campaign Operations: Support in planning, localizing and executing campaigns to help enable seamless campaign operations and summarizing campaign results for future improvements - Operational Processes: Collect and analyze operational challenges faced by Creator Managers in their daily workflows and organize this feedback to identify opportunities for improvement to increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. - Available to start in June 2025 for at least three months (6 months is preferred). 3. Strong proficiency in German and English in communication and writing to enable successful collaboration with stakeholders. 4. Basic data analysis skills with proficiency in various data analysis tools. 5. Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications : 6. A strong interest in social content products and a keen observation of media trends. 7. Proactive, hands-on mentality and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 9. Team-player mentality with excellent interpersonal skills.
