Your daily workout

• You are responsible for the order fulfillment of our Global Operations with a focus on North American customers and partners from receipt of a signed contract through the successful implementation of EGYM products
• You work cross functionally to manage the coordination and planning of equipment deliveries, product trainings, and mobile app implementations while aligning with our Global processes 
• You act as a project manager holistically for the contract for all EGYM products by coordinating with customers and internal departments (supply chain management, finance, aftersales, Customer success management and logistics)
• You are responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and retrieving data in our CRM system
• You provide exceptional customer service by acting as a liaison between EGYMs customers and our internal teams and proactively coordinating of necessary interactions with external and internal points of contact
• You drive efficiency by ensuring a successful order flow in accordance with EGYM’s operational processes 
• You will play a pivotal role in fostering healthy relationships with our customers while simultaneously impacting the development and efficiency of our processes as we continue to grow 
• You will help drive revenue daily

Your fitness level

• You are a team player who has a knack for attention to detail, are process driven, enjoy problem solving and have great time management skills
• You are an excellent communicator who is able to effectively and efficiently communicate with your team and customers alike 
• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field. Can be substituted with mix of education and experience equivalent.
• Fluency in a second European language is highly preferred. (E.g. Spanish, German, French etc..)
• You have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in project management 
• You are able to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• You have experience with data entry and working within systems such as Salesforce 
• You are detail oriented while also being adaptable in a fast paced, performance driven environment and enjoy being a part of a team that is evolving 
• Ideally, you have already gained work experience in the health, wellness and fitness industry. If not, we will teach you! 
• You have the availability to work out of our offices in Denver, CO (2-3 times per week)

The equipment we provide

• You will earn an annual salary of $56,500 to $65,000
