Main Task:
- Responsible for managing the recruitment process for Guntner Global.
- Provide and Coordinate with Guntner Global related to daily, weekly and monthly recruitment and workforce reports
- Planning detailed timelines for each phase from the recruitment process until departure of the workforce
- Communicate matters related to workforce needs with Guntner Global for all positions.
- Prepare related to onboarding documents for all positions in the Department
- Prepare documents related to overseas agreements for workforce to be sent to the Gunter Group
- Coordinate with Legal regarding the Guntner Global placement agreement
- Facilitate issue raised by team during their assignment to HRGA Manager.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor degree of Psychology, or related fields
- Min. 1-2 years experiences in HR area, preferably having exposure in recruitment & selection or in the same fields
- Understand labor regulation and HR Management
- Advance knowledge of Ms Office and HRIS systems
- Good at communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Proficiency in English
- Willing to be placed in Pasuruan, East Java
