Join our team in Munich West (Pasing) as soon as possible as a

full-time.

• You will act as the contact person for our managers and employees
• You will be responsible for the initial creation, maintenance and checking of personnel master data
• You maintain correspondence with offices, authorities and social security institutions
• You will handle all personnel-related issues in day-to-day operations from joining to leaving the company
• You prepare the monthly payroll in cooperation with the payroll center
• Collaborate with the personnel controlling department

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with an additional qualification as a personnel specialist (m/f/d)
• Preferably you have initial professional experience in personnel processing, preferably in the healthcare sector
• You are confident in using common MS Office applications and HR software programs, ideally with P&I LoGa
• You have initial knowledge of labor, social, collective bargaining and works constitution law
• You are characterized by a committed, friendly and collegial character
• An independent and reliable way of working is a matter of course for you
