Main Responsibilities:

  Design and prototype high-performance I/O virtualization frameworks
• Management of a team of 4 researchers,
• 
  
  Lead research projects and publish findings in top-tier forums
• 
  
  Collaborate with academic institutions and industry bodies
• 
  
  File patents and contribute to open-source technologies
• 
  
  Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams

Anforderungsprofil

Key Requirements:

• 
  
  Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 
  
  Extensive R&D experience in datacentre networking and AI.
• 
  
  Proven track record of research publications, patents, or OSS contributions
• 
  
  Familiarity with CXL or UEC is a plus
• 
  
  Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
