We are looking for a strategic and experienced Process Owner to manage and own the CPQ priority (focus Price & Quote) within Siemens Sherpa X 3S business transformation program. This role is critical in shaping the global template and ensuring seamless integration across all Business Units (BUs) within the 3S scope.

You’ll make an impact by
- Process Design & Standardization
- Design and develop “To-Be” process standards for the CPQ priority
- Promote standardization, optimization, and automation across the CPQ process landscape
- Develop, communicate, and gain buy-in for global template standards for CPQ
- Global Template Ownership
- Manage and own the completeness of CPQ-related business processes for the global template
- Ensure full scope definition and integration of target systems across Siemens BUs
- Be accountable for the acceptance and quality of implementation outcomes
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead business experts and coordinate required resources, including support and subject matter experts
- Own, manage, and prioritize the team backlog to ensure alignment with transformation goals
- Align with Transformation Managers, BU Representatives, and Key Users
- Engage with cross-functional partners including PMO, Change Management, Transition Management (Data Migration/Release Management), and Development teams
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and act as the business-facing representative for the CPQ transformation
- Ensure alignment and integration of CPQ systems and processes across Siemens BUs
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, document, and resolve process-related issues; escalate unresolved issues to transformation management
- Identify and control areas of risk throughout the transformation lifecycle
You excel in
- Education
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science with specialization in digitalization, CPQ or a comparable discipline
- Experience & Skills
- Longterm experience in business strategy, process mapping, analytics and process definition especially in the area of service and solution businesses
- Track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and IT architecture solutions
- Broad experience in CPQ related projects preferably in different businesses or companies (Process definition, tool evaluation, data capturing, AI in CPQ)
- Demonstrated ability to manage global, cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Proven leader in driving transformation, combining deep expertise in change management, digital innovation, and process standardization to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Ways of working
- Strategic operator with strong execution focus, adept at navigating complex organizations and translating strategy into impactful, hands-on results
- Exceptional communicator and team builder, skilled in stakeholder alignment, executive engagement, and leading high-performing, culture-driven virtual teams
- Willingness to travel within Europe on a regular basis (20%)
- Languages
- Fluent in English and German
