For our client, the world's largest e-commerce company, we are filling the following position from now on:

PROGRAM MANAGER (M/F/D)

• Lead country-level strategy and execution for Delivery Associate recruitment campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external marketing agencies to drive program success.
• Manage campaign planning, performance tracking, and reporting across the EU region.
• Own communications up to VP level regarding strategy, performance, and outcomes.
• Optimize budgets and drive cost-efficient recruitment processes at scale.

• Proven experience in senior stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to make data-driven decisions quickly.
• Advanced project and program management capabilities in dynamic environments.
• Business-level proficiency in German and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in recruitment, marketing, or logistics-related programs is a plus.
