Responsibilities
Plan, track, and report project progress across multiple automotive domains.
Coordinate activities between engineering, testing, procurement, suppliers, and OEM teams.
Manage project milestones and ensure integration across all vehicle systems.
Prepare executive dashboards, progress reports, and risk mitigation plans.
Support change control and escalation management.
Ensure adherence to PMO governance and customer-specific processes.
Requirements
3–5 years in automotive project coordination.
Automotive program/project coordination experience across multiple systems.
Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Excel/PowerPoint reporting.
Understanding of product development lifecycles for automotive electronics and mechanical systems.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Project management certification (CAPM, Agile) preferred.
OEM/Tier-1 experience preferred.
