Aufgaben:
- Lead complex, multi-functional, projects with multiple stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Work closely with the project teams, support e.g., in Requ. mgmt or Integration- & Test mgmt.
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team and project environment.
- Travel might be necessary according to project needs.
Qualifikationen:
- Bachelor's or Masters's degree in business administration, or in technical, engineering, /science or another related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management.
- PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Systems Engineering skills (etc. V-model, aspice).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Supplier management experience.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS-Project,...).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Language German and English,
