YOUR TASKS
- As part of our Risk analyses and advise local contacts in the identification of risks as well as in the implementation of risk mitigation measures, and you monitor their execution
- You support ad-hoc risk analyses and advise local contacts in the identification of risks as well as in the implementation of risk mitigation measures, and you monitor their execution
- You are responsible for the further development and monitoring of meaningful KRIs as well as for the creation of targeted management reporting
- You work closely with the Legal, Data Protection, and Information Security departments as well as with the Product, Data, and Technology teams to implement effective risk management and governance structures
- You standardize and automate processes and your tasks wherever this appears appropriate
- You conduct regular trainings and awareness measures for employees in order to strengthen risk awareness within the company.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration / Economics, or a comparable qualification
- You have initial professional experience in a relevant area such as risk management, internal audit, or consulting, combined with an interest in security, data, or technology topics
- Ideally, you have gained initial experience in the use and automation within the SharePoint environment
- Strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of complex work processes, combined with an affinity for tech and data topics, distinguish you
- In addition, you are able to successfully drive topics forward even in the face of possible resistance and manage your tasks in a goal-oriented manner
- Strong communication skills as well as excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
