WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) (m/w/d) at remberg, you will play a pivotal role in building our sales pipeline. Acting as the first point of contact for potential customers, you will introduce leads to our software solution. With direct collaboration alongside our Team Lead Sales Development, Head of Go-To-Market, and experienced Account Executives, you’ll benefit from a structured onboarding process and gain the opportunity to take on full end-to-end ownership of potential customers as you grow in your career.

THE IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE

  • First point of contact: Serve as the initial touchpoint for prospects of our AI-powered asset platform, guiding them from outreach to qualified leads.

  • Lead generation & qualification: Proactively identify, engage, and qualify new leads, targeting ideal customer profiles and decision-makers.

  • Customer advisory: Demonstrate how remberg can optimize industrial operations and provide value to potential customers.

  • Market and growth insights: Identify opportunities to improve our go-to-market strategy and share customer feedback to enhance our solution.

  • Ownership & collaboration: Take full ownership of your processes post-onboarding and work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to drive success.

  • Relevant experience: Ideally, bring initial professional experience in customer-facing roles, such as internships in sales, customer service, HR, or event management.

  • Language skills: Have excellent German skills (C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level), both written and spoken.
