Your daily workout
- You will build, manage, and grow strong relationships with director-level decision makers in Campus Recreation.
- You will drive consultative sales of the EGYM portfolio in your territory, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
- You will own territory development: prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
- You will function as a trusted advisor by presenting innovative solutions, best practices, and vision casting with prospective customers.
- You will generate new business opportunities, close contracts, and expand relationships with existing accounts.
- You will successfully navigate and accelerate complex purchasing requirements.
- You will partner with Marketing and Events teams to identify and support regional sales opportunities.
- You will stay informed about trends in campus recreation, wellness, and technology to deliver strategic insights to customers.
- You will consistently meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to EGYM’s growth across your region.
Your fitness level
- Sales Experience: 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience. Experience does not need to be in the fitness industry — backgrounds in enterprise-level solution sales are highly valued.
- Consultative Approach: Proven success in solution-based selling, avoiding transactional or commodity-focused approaches.
- Territory Development: Demonstrated track record of building new markets, managing pipelines, and achieving growth targets.
- Director-Level Relationships: Ability to access and engage campus recreation directors and leadership teams within your territory.
- Analytical & Strategic: Strong skills in vision casting, solution alignment, and creative problem-solving.
- Organizational & Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, prioritization, and presentation skills.
- Motivation & Drive: High-energy, self-starter with a results-driven mindset and solution orientation.
- Flexibility: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and traveling up to 60–70% of the time.
- Home Base: Must reside within the designated territory and near a major airport to support efficient travel.

The equipment we provide
- Compensation: $70,000 – $105,000 base salary (depending on experience) + commission.
