We’re now looking for a hands-on Sales & Growth Intern (m/f/d) to join our team. You’ll work directly with founders and Management to build and scale real-world sales engines – from day one.
Why this internship is different You'll sell where it really matters – not SaaS to other startups, but tangible services to real customers. You’ll help local entrepreneurs grow their customer base and shape the future of the skilled trades sector in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for our partner businesses: You’ll be the main point of contact for several of our partner companies and take full ownership of their sales-related growth – from lead generation to coordination and execution of key initiatives.
- Lead generation & execution: You’ll develop and manage all relevant lead generation activities, coordinate external service providers, and successfully implement projects in close collaboration with our partner businesses.
- Strategic sparring partner: You’ll serve as the go-to person for our partners on all topics related to sales and growth. You’ll support them both strategically and operationally on their path to scaling.
- Sales process optimization: You’ll continuously analyze and improve our internal and external sales processes – hands-on and data-driven, with a focus on execution and impact.
What you bring
- Fluent in German (C2) – You’ll interact directly with customers and local founders
- You’re curious, driven, and love testing things until they work
- You’re comfortable talking to people – on the phone, in person, or via WhatsApp
- You want to learn how customer acquisition works in the real world
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer support is a plus
