The main focus of the role is sales, customer relationship management, and wholesale support. This position plays a key role in developing and strengthening Klättermusen’s presence in Germany and will work closely with the Head of Sales Europe and the global sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing wholesale customers in Germany

• Identify and engage with new retail partners in the region

• Prepare and conduct sales presentations at trade fairs, in-house, and/or virtual sell-in meetings

• Plan and execute seasonal sales activities and strategies

• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets

• Provide high-level customer service and ongoing account support

• Weekly and monthly sales reporting

• Build strong product knowledge and represent the Klättermusen brand professionally

• Travel extensively within Germany to visit customers

The experience you’ll bring to the role

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably within outdoor, sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands

• Strong understanding of wholesale sales and customer relationship management

• Passion for the outdoors and alignment with sustainability-driven brands

• Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
