We are seeking a SAP Basis Specialist to support our growing SAP landscapes. You will support managing our various landscapes as well as our batch job automation tool (Control-M), SAPL ILM and other newly acquired tools in the area of SAP transversal tools. Your Boarding Pass:

• Delivery of agreed SAP services to the customer in terms of resources, cost, time, quality, security, robustness and performance.

• Implements and maintains SAP jobs in accordance with Airbus guidelines and contributes to process improvements for SAP batch job automation.

• Analyses, evaluates, tests, and recommends batch job solutions to support Airbus guidelines including GDPR with SAP ILM.

• Close working with SAP architecture and governance is required.

• Monitors technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to reality.

• Support of technical design activities.

• Maintenance of the SAP systems including security patching, release updates, support

• packages and upgrades.

• System monitoring and analysis of the system performance.

• Ensuring process documentation is available and kept up to date

• Evaluation of new technical tools, products and functionalities as the SAP landscape evolves.

Desired skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Bachelor degree in Information Systems Technology. Master degree preferred

• At least 3 years of expertise and knowledge in SAP Basis administration

• Knowledge of batch job management tools like Control-M

• General SAP Data model knowledge is preferred

• German is a must and English on a fluent level
