SAP’s Performance and Scalability team , a diverse group of experts committed to delivering advanced performance solutions. From performance benchmarking to architecture reviews and troubleshooting , the team provides a dynamic, collaborative environment that supports continuous learning and development. As a Performance Expert, you’ll work closely with developers, performance engineers, and consultants to push the boundaries of cloud performance for SAP systems.

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Data Scientist

Work Area: ​ Software-Design and Development ​
Location: Munich (No office presence necessary)
Expected start date: 1st of October, 2025

In this role, you’ll:

• Conduct large scale data analysis on performance tests automation metrics, identifying patterns and bottlenecks that can inform development priorities and strategies with a focus on S/4HANA

The ideal candidate will have a background in performance observability, and data analysis. This role requires proficiency in using Data Analysis tools and programming

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Educational Background: Degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical field.

• Fluent in English and German (mandatory).

• Data Analysis Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct large-scale data analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for performance improvements.
