We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Business Controller to join our
Business Controlling team. This role will be primarily responsible for controlling tasks for
our Media Sales & Partnerships business unit.

Business Controlling team. This role will be primarily responsible for controlling tasks for
our Media Sales & Partnerships business unit.
Your Tasks
- Drive planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Media Sales & Partnerships and smaller units, including scenario analysis
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify key revenue, cost, and profitability drivers
- Develop and manage KPIs to support efficiency and growth
- Deliver timely, insightful financial reports and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for senior management
- Apply advanced financial modeling techniques to assess initiatives and cost strategies
- Advise business leaders on financial impacts to ensure strategic alignment
- Oversee month-end close, ensuring accuracy and compliance with controls and standards
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 5–7 years of experience in Business Controlling, including planning, forecasting, and business case development
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into strategic insights
- Skilled in financial modeling, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Proficient with Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Clear communicator with strong presentation skills for non-financial audiences
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
