Your Responsibilities
- Drive performance with data: You dive deep into key processes and performance data to understand underlying drivers and areas for improvement. You identify performance gaps, develop actionable countermeasures, and hold the company accountable to deliver on them.
- Create impact with strategic projects: Based on our company strategy, you identify, initiate, and implement strategic initiatives across the entire organization. You drive performance by leading selected projects to close gaps towards our most important metrics.
- Ensure world-class communication: Develop clear and compelling storylines that align internal and external stakeholders behind FINN’s vision, strategic goals, and day-to-day priorities. Experiment with different formats to engage different target groups and stakeholders (e.g., company-wide all hands, management team workshops)
- Own FINN’s ESG strategy and reporting: You develop and implement a best-in-class ESG strategy, lead our sustainability squad, and are the first to know about recent developments and trends in the ESG space. By defining and measuring the right metrics, you assess our performance against the strategy and ensure that we maximize our impact.
