Project Manager - Retail + Rollout (w/m/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• You are responsible for the planning, control, and implementation of complex projects across all project phases.
• You coordinate and lead an interdisciplinary project team and external partners.
• You ensure realistic scheduling and ensure its consistent adherence.
• You manage capacities and resources and keep an eye on dependencies and priorities.
• You continuously track costs and budgets and ensure transparency and control.
• You build an efficient project organization and continuously develop it further.
• You identify optimization potentials to increase efficiency, quality, and feasibility.
• You ensure the operational implementation and ensure a sustainable realization of the project goals.

YOUR SKILLS:

• You have up to three years of professional experience in project management or a comparable role.
• You work in a structured, responsible manner and keep an overview even with high complexity.
• You have experience in coordinating teams and stakeholders and can engage people.
• You are confident in schedule, resource, and cost management.
• You are strong in implementation, pragmatic, and bring a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• You think analytically, act solution-oriented, and make well-founded decisions.
• You are communicative, assertive, and at the same time team-oriented.
• You have an interest in design and design processes.
