YOUR ROLE

• You take end‑to‑end ownership as Business Owner for the PAYBACK e‑commerce shops (Rewards & Vouchers) in Germany and Austria
• You jointly develop strategic revenue and growth initiatives with Sales and Marketing and are responsible for their execution in the shop
• You drive the continuous evolution of the shops — from frontend user flows to backend processes, data structures, and system integrations
• You act as the central interface between Product, Tech, Data, and external partners (shop systems & payment providers), ensuring smooth operations and continuous optimisation
• You define business requirements, prioritise roadmaps, and steer implementation along clear business objectives
• You own the KPI‑based steering and optimisation of the shops and derive data‑driven actions
• You ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. legal, data protection, security)

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience in e‑commerce, ideally in a shop or platform environment with ownership of business and product topics
• Strong project management skills and experience managing complex initiatives in a structured way
• Very good understanding of digital business models, shop systems, payment processes, and how they interact
• High data and KPI affinity, with a solid understanding of relevant e‑commerce metrics
• Ability to clearly translate requirements between business and IT, combined with strong stakeholder management skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset, high level of ownership, and the drive to truly move things forward
