Make an Impact by:

Join our team as a Senior Key Account Manager (f/m/d) where you will manage the company's OEM key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and maximizing sales opportunities. You will align the company's products or services with client needs to ensure mutual growth and success.

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for key accounts, addressing client concerns and building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and partner with internal teams to ensure timely product/service delivery
  • Account Strategy and Planning: Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategies, create customized presentations, and monitor account performance metrics
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with marketing, product, and assist teams to align on client needs and ensure smooth project execution, while providing regular updates to senior management
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, acting as a trusted advisor, and offering insights and recommendations

Your Profile

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales/account management role
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Analytical proficiency, with experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of SQL and PowerBI is a plus
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory

Since the beginning of 2019, we are a part of the mobility joint venture between BMW Group and Mercedes Benz Mobility. In 2021, bp joined as the third shareholder.
