YOUR TASKS

• Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term strategies for our largest banking partner
• Optimize your partner’s CRM strategy across all PAYBACK channels and plan and analyze innovative multichannel campaigns
• Organize, manage, and lead workshops with internal interfaces and your partner
• Research and analyze the market and its players, as well as engage in (digital) networking as the foundation of your projects
• Prepare high-quality presentations at management level and present content convincingly
• Ensure smooth processes and continuously optimize quality and workflows

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in economics, marketing, or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of experience in key account management or project management, ideally in a marketing environment, including independent management of complex, cross-functional projects
• Communication is your strength; you always keep the customer perspective in mind and have a service-oriented mindset
• You have quick comprehension skills and strong analytical thinking
• You handle resistance confidently, find solutions, and are skilled in negotiations
• You bring plenty of team spirit and a healthy dose of humor
• You have fluent German and good English skills
