- 5–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably within regulated industries such as FinTech, RegTech, or InsurTech.
- Expertise in designing and executing integrated, cross-channel campaigns targeting decision-makers.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., ClickDimensions, Salesforce) and/оr others.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with a focus on continuously optimizing campaign performance.
- Demonstrated success in planning and delivering demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) is required.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent organizational skills, initiative, and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
As Senior Marketing Manager – Demand Generation, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of scalable demand generation campaigns that drive qualified leads and contribute to sustainable revenue growth. You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and act as a key link between Sales, Marketing, and Service Managers to ensure alignment across functions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of end-to-end demand generation strategies that deliver qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Service Managers to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and optimize the entire funnel.
• Build, manage and continuously optimize the performance of demand generation and lead nurturing processes in collaboration with the sales team.
• Define, track, and report KPIs to measure campaign performance, and continually refine tactics based on data insights.
• Report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Own the budget and forecasting for demand generation activities.
