The PAYBACK Panel is a good example of one of our digital business models. As a powerful online access panel, we offer both our internal colleagues and market research partners the opportunity to conduct high-quality sampling in online market research.

This position is a fixed-term parental leave replacement for 2 years.

YOUR TASKS

• You will focus on the operational and administrative running of the PAYBACK panels, performing a wide range of tasks
• You will maintain and update our web-based panel using the keyingress panel management system
• In doing so, you will act as an interface between project managers, panel software providers, external customers and panellists
• You are committed to ensuring sustainable quality and introducing innovative processes in panel management

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience in online market research and a strong affinity for technical processes
• You work in a highly structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and are strong at implementing ideas
• You are a team player and have management skills in the field of software development projects
• Ideally, you have knowledge of keyingress and HTML
• You are familiar with empirical research methods
• You are fluent in German and English
• A degree with a focus on economics, social sciences or a comparable qualification rounds off your profile
