Industry : ITSM, Service Management, Pre-Sales System Engineering

Location: Munich or Home Office in DACH

Your Responsibilities:

• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education to our sales teams, channel partners and customers

• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers

• Execute product demos, proof of values, RFP responses, and architecture diagrams/workflows

• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs

• Liaising with other members of the sales and partner management team and other technical experts who work internationally

• Provide feedback to sales management, product management, engineering, and marketing on core customer requirements

• Helping in the design of custom-made products

• Providing training and producing support material

Your Qualification:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent related work experience preferred

• Previous experience in ITSM Industry in a similar role

• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-confident and highly motivated to work in an international team and find solutions to support your team and potential customers

• Fluent in English and German

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, intercultural, and administrative skills

• Effective and efficient problem-solving skills with a focus on providing the best possible solution

• A passionate team player who strives to serve the customer
