Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior Product Management role, preferably at a midsized B2B SaaS company or similar technical product organization.
- A natural leader who can unite Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional results. Well-organized and focused on outcomes.
- Exceptional ability to engage with stakeholders and external partners.
- Proven track record of successful product expansion in challenging environments, with the ability to shepherd features from concept to completion.
- Passion for tackling complex challenges and creating innovative solutions, backed by strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience building and shipping products using Agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of priority management.
- Deep knowledge of product development best practices, including iterative development, continuous integration, end-to-end testing, and operational oversight.
- Enthusiasm for building a hospitality platform that can serve any hotel or housing facility on Earth—and beyond!
Extra Awesome Points For
- Previous experience developing API, microservices-based, or SaaS products in hospitality, fintech, or accounting
- Experience in a B2B startup environment is a plus
Scope of Work
- Create product roadmaps that set internal and external expectations for future features, and transform these roadmaps into actionable backlogs with clear short and mid-term team goals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (sales, customer success, onboarding, app success, marketing, compliance teams, customers, and partners) to understand and prioritize their needs.
- Make confident decisions even with imperfect data, including saying "no" to good ideas in favor of great ones.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into clear requirements.
- Analyze experiments and improvements to validate hypotheses.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and technology teams to deliver high-quality features that achieve their intended objectives.
- Own feature delivery and ensure the team meets roadmap milestones.
- Manage the product backlog, including epics, user stories, enhancements, bugs, and technical debt.
- Partner with customer success teams and early adopters to ensure our products are user-friendly.
- Evaluate API changes and create comprehensive technical and user documentation.
- Lead release management and communicate feature deliveries to all stakeholders.
- Support customer-facing teams with product-related inquiries.
