Your Role
As a Senior Project Controller, you ensure transparent, accurate, and timely project reporting and serve as a strategic business partner to project management and senior leadership. You transform complex project data into meaningful insights, strengthen governance, and support effective steering of large, international projects.Your responsibility spans financial transparency, reporting governance, scenario analysis, and decision support—helping the organization make informed, evidence‑based decisions.
Your Profile
- Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of experience in project controlling or commercial management of international large-scale projects, ideally in plant engineering or machinery.
- Strong expertise in project reporting, financial controlling, forecasting, and governance.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Hybrid®).
- Excellent knowledge of SAP, MS Office (especially Excel), and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Experience with reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
- Excellent German and English skills; French is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present confidently at management level.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a methodical, structured working style.
- Ability to challenge data and assumptions constructively.
- High integrity, reliability, and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
