Your Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, and continuously enhance a standardized project controlling framework across all project phases.
- Prepare regular reports, KPIs, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Conduct scenario analyses, profitability assessments, and risk evaluations.
- Monitor and manage project costs, cash flow, accruals, and overall project budgets.
- Ensure data accuracy and validate all financial project information for consistency and reliability.
- Constructively challenge planning assumptions and project performance indicators.
- Prepare and present management reports and Steering Committee documentation.
- Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, procurement, and international stakeholders.
- Support audits, project reviews, and internal governance requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reporting standards.
Your Profile
- Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of experience in project controlling or commercial management of international large-scale projects, ideally in plant engineering or machinery.
- Strong expertise in project reporting, financial controlling, forecasting, and governance.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Hybrid™).
- Excellent knowledge of SAP, MS Office (especially Excel), and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Experience with reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
- Excellent German and English skills; French is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present confidently at management level.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a methodical, structured working style.
- Ability to challenge data and assumptions constructively.
- High integrity, reliability, and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
