Your responsibilities
- Operation and further development of our service platform (Matrix 42)
- Establishment and expansion of global ITIL asset management processes
- Responsible for advising on processes related to the ITIL service platform
- Responsible for the global software asset management process
- Advising on and reviewing licensing issues
- Your area of responsibility is globally oriented
- Responsible for standardizing and expanding the most important core processes related to IT support
- Supporting your colleagues in designing new and existing processes
- Actively supporting the service platform area and involved in the operational processes of license management
Your qualification
- Successfully completed a degree in computer science, IT systems engineering, or comparable training.
- At least five years of experience in the above-mentioned areas after completing your training.
- Many years of experience in IT operations management and its processes (ITIL).
- You are familiar with service management tools
- Good knowledge of IT asset management (ITAM)
- Professional in the field of license management
- You are familiar with the planning and implementation of IT projects
- You enjoy working in an international environment and have no difficulty communicating in English
