What you'll do
- Advise on the tech side: Support the sales process from discovery to tailored demos to solution architecture that fits the customer's system landscape.
- Go deep: Lead discovery workshops and technical deep dives with prospects and assess technical feasibility.
- Design solutions: Create scalable solution architectures including integration, configuration, and implementation recommendations.
- Build bridges: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product—feeding customer insights directly into product development.
- Scale knowledge: Develop reusable templates, playbooks, and reference architectures for internal teams.
- Enable teams: Equip Sales, Customer Success, and Support with technical know-how and strategic insights.
What you bring
Must-haves
- Degree in Business Informatics, Real Estate Management, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solution Architect) with a pre-sales focus.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and modern web technologies.
- Ability to translate business processes into digital solutions and communicate complex topics clearly.
- Experience with enterprise clients and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in German and English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry.
