The Stadtteilcafé is Pro Arbeit & Perspektive’s own catering operation. Our café combines gastronomic quality with social commitment: here, women are supported, guided and encouraged in their professional development in order to discover existing talents and skills and create realistic prospects for the future. To this end, the women are given advice and guidance in a company setting. At the same time, the district café is also a lively meeting place for all residents of the district.

You are professionally competent, so you have experience in gastronomy, especially in the kitchen, service or housekeeping
You are communicative, so you find it easy to approach people and speak clearly and respectfully
You are responsible, which is why you reliably keep an eye on quality, hygiene and processes
You are well organized, which is why you are good at planning, structuring and coordinating work processes, especially in the kitchen and service

You have completed IHK training in the catering or hotel industry (e.g. cook, restaurant specialist, hotel specialist, housekeeper or comparable)
You can professionally train, guide and develop employees in the kitchen, service and housekeeping areas
You support women individually, promote learning processes and are a role model in communication and attitude
You keep a firm grip on goods orders, inventory, events and quality standards
You are a team player, reliable and enjoy working in an intercultural environment
You always work in a service and guest-oriented manner
You identify with the foundation’s mission statement. do

You will receive an attractive salary in accordance with the AVR Bayern collective agreement (from page 70), classification in E9
Earnings in level 2, for example: EUR 4,265.95 full-time (example calculation, as of 01.01.2026)
