You’re a strong communicator with a sharp eye for client needs? At CoffeeCup, you’ll play a key role in building and growing long-term customer relationships. You’ll lead discovery calls with warm leads, deliver compelling product demos, manage key accounts, and help shape our feature roadmap through direct customer insights.
Tasks
- Conduct discovery meetings with warm inbound leads
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Continous improvement of sales operations and funnels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or a related field
- Sales mindset with a crush for technology
- Experince in strongly technical environments, preferably in the IT consultanting or SaaS industry
- At least 2 - 4 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
