Join our Strategic Planning Team, where you’ll have the opportunity to explore the industry at a macro level and contribute to shaping strategic insightsAs we continue to expand and drive our vision forward, we are seeking a Strategic Planning Specialist to join our European headquarters in Munich.
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Strategic Planning, collecting, analyzing and presenting market intelligence to support the company’s strategic goals in the EMEA region. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Support Teams across Europe and Korea.

Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze macroeconomic, market and industry developments to guide strategic decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market and technology trends
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Be part of cross-functional strategic projects, interpreting market insights into business strategies
- Support management activities by addressing urgent internal and external tasks
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 1-3 years of professional experience in market intelligence, strategy or reporting
- Experience or knowledge in the semiconductor, alternatively high-tech industry
- Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills (experience with AI tools is a plus)
- Native-level fluency in English is required; German proficiency highly valued
