Join our team as a Lead to Cash Process Expert (f/m/d) for SHERPA X RAR and play a key role in driving automation, digitalization, and harmonization across Siemens' finance and controlling processes.

This will be your impact:
- SAP RAR Process Leadership: As the primary contact for SAP RAR, you’ll consolidate business requirements and design end-to-end processes with seamless integration to SD and external systems.
- Team Leadership & Governance: You’ll lead a sub-RAR team within the Governance Foundation Revenue Recognition group, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Business Representation: Acting as the voice of the business end-user, you’ll define requirements, create user stories with your team, and collaborate closely with other teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Compliance & Standards Assurance: You’ll safeguard adherence to IFRS15 accounting standards and Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all solutions.
- Product Ownership & Prioritization: You’ll decide on product functionality, manage prioritization, and oversee the Agile product backlog to ensure delivery of impactful features.
- Process & Tool Development: You’ll drive the implementation, further development, and continuous improvement of tools and processes in your area of responsibility.
- Cross-Stream Coordination: You’ll facilitate coordination and information flow across the Lead-to-Cash process and ensure alignment with the testing team for smooth project execution.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- All Siemens parties regarding requirements for the team, processes, or tools, coordination of testing and acceptance, and information about realization, etc.
- Siemens governance departments regarding the common understanding of future requirements to drive the NorthStar and Siemens of the Future.
- GBS for service delivery in the specified area of responsibility.
- Other teams of Sherpa X project organization to ensure the integration and consistency of the solutions.
- Other stakeholders within the Sherpa X program environment Siemens IT departments regarding the provision of Siemens-wide standard solutions.
- SAP regarding options and possible extensions of the SAP standard.
- Other multinational corporations for knowledge exchange.
This is how you´ll win us over:
- Education: Master’s degree in business studies or economics or alternatively comparable qualification has been reached
- Experience & Skills:
- Many years of professional experience in the field of accounting and finance and with internal processes at a multinational company like Siemens
- Experience in a leading role in an S/4HANA implementation project as well as experience across multiple SAP RAR implementations
- Good understanding of IFRS15, Siemens financial processes and reporting guidelines
- Technical understanding of S/4HANA and its capabilities and functionalities in areas such as CO (Controlling) – as RAR, Margin Analysis, Predictive Accounting, SD (Sales & Distribution)
- Knowledge of agile and tool supported project methodology, experience in a global environment, operational business experience as well as intercultural experience is key
- Ability to develop and articulate concepts in English that are understood by both business users and IT is helpful
- Ways of working: Experience in working within virtual and global teams and you are a standout colleague with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Languages: Business proficiency in English, additional languages are highly welcome
