This position is based in Munich, Germany.
IDnow is entering in a multi-year transformation with two major migration programs. These initiatives involve complex cross-functional alignment across Product, Technology, Commercial, Customer Success, and Legal. They also carry significant commercial risk, making structured program leadership essential. We are therefore looking for a talented Program Lead to join us.
The Program Lead will also own the company’s execution engine, turning strategy into delivery by driving OKRs, tracking progress, and ensuring cross-functional initiatives stay on course. This role will be instrumental in managing the company-wide OKR process, providing project management support for key strategic initiatives, and maintaining PMO tooling and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves a mix of strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will orchestrate at the intersection of Product, Commercial, Legal, and Tech to ensure group-wide projects and migrations run smoothly.
- Continuously Improve our OKR Framework and Process : Lead the adoption of – and optimization of – IDnow’s OKR framework and process, ensuring that it is effective and aligned with the company's strategic objectives and embedded in our company values.
- Drive the Company’s Execution Engine : Own the strategic execution rhythm — including quarterly planning, progress reviews, and retrospectives — in close collaboration with the Chief of Staff. Track cross-functional initiatives, escalate blockers, and ensure structured follow-up and decision-making. Be the go-to person for all things OKRs at IDnow.
- Lead and Participate in Workshops : Facilitate and contribute to workshops that support the OKR process, cross-departmental alignment, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage OKR Reporting : Ensure regular reporting on OKR progress to stakeholders at all levels. Prepare reports and presentation materials for internal and external use.
- Project Management of Key Strategic Initiatives : Serve as project manager for 1–2 strategic initiatives at a time, partnering with initiative owners to define delivery plans, timelines, and KPIs. Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company priorities.
- PMO Tooling and Documentation : Own and improve PMO tooling and documentation processes, including those used for internal execution and board reporting. Ensure materials are up-to-date and easily accessible to stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or related fields — ideally in tech or fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
- OKR Management: Proven experience managing OKRs and driving framework adoption, particularly in scaling organizations (200–500 employees)
- PMO Methodologies & Certifications: Familiarity with structured project or program management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus
- Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering: Strong track record of working across functions, with an understanding of both technical and business domains
- Strategic & Flexible Mindset : Autonomous and proactive, with a big-picture perspective and strong problem-solving skills. Able to navigate ambiguity with creativity and structure
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication. Able to translate complex goals into actionable plans and foster alignment across teams
- Tools: Experience using Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and other documentation or reporting tools for strategic initiative tracking
- Fluent in English . German or French is a plus.
