If you love dynamic environments, numbers and solving business challenges, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a team where entrepreneurial freedom is celebrated, allowing you to develop innovative solutions and establish new processes.
Your Benefits
- This role is based in Munich with the flexibility to work from home a few days per week.
- With massive growth potential, FINN allows you to quickly develop, succeed, and have a valuable impact in a highly motivating startup environment with bold challenges in cross-functional teams.
- Competitive fixed salary and virtual equity share of the company, along with a yearly personal development budget of 1,500€ and an attractive company pension scheme.
- Our open, modern office in the middle of Munich is known for loads of fun with amazing colleagues and frequent team events.

Contribute your fresh ideas to optimize our setup and help build the best version of FINN, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
- Work at the intersection of Business, Data and Tech: Work with business leaders, product managers, data analysts and engineers to align tech initiatives with business goals and turn insights into action.
Your Paths
- Fleet Steering Team: Drive demand, supply and profitability steering. Own the planning and steering of vehicle demand and supply across the lifecycle, ensuring the right cars are ordered for the right customers at the right time. You will assess deal profitability and feasibility, steer unit-level economics, and ensure financing structures are efficient. Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy, build early-warning mechanisms for plan deviations, and develop data-driven tools that provide a best-in-class profitability view at car level throughout its lifecycle.
- Remarketing Team: Develop a new business unit. Develop and scale FINN’s new RaaS venture by contributing to the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy and actively supporting individual business development initiatives. Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive partner acquisition, build scalable processes, and shape both the service offering and digital product. Bring your creativity and problem-solving skills to help design innovative solutions and shape the future of this business area.
Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business analytics, economics, business, industrial engineering, or a related field at a top university and have a strong academic track record.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on with a strong eagerness to learn.
- Meticulous attention to detail, paired with a highly analytical mindset, and bias for action.
- A high level of comfort working with numbers and translating analysis into actionable business insights.
- You’re comfortable working with spreadsheets. Experience with BI Tools and SQL is a plus.
- Previous experience in startups or other fast-paced environments like consulting. No full-time experience expected.
