Student Assistant – Project and Event Management (6 hrs/week)

The IT Management – Enterprise Team at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) is looking for a committed Master’s student to support us in project and event management.

Your tasks:
• Assist in planning, organizing, and following up on team and project meetings
• Support internal events and workshops (e.g., logistics, documentation)
• Help with project coordination and communication
• Create presentations and maintain project documentation

Your profile:
• Enrolled in a Master's program at TUM
• Structured, reliable, and communicative
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiar with Scrum or agile project methods
• Very good German and English skills
