Are you interested in lifelong learning and project management? As a working student in our Stakeholder Management & B2B Programs team, you will contribute across the entire customer lifecycle, assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of both in-person and virtual programs. In addition, you will support administrative tasks, including maintaining and updating data in our CRM system, contributing to well-structured processes and high-quality program management.
The successful candidate will have the following:
• Background in the social sciences
• Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong affinity for technology (CRM systems, seminar technology)
• Experience in conducting research activities
• High level of motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Strong team player with a hands-on mentality and high service orientation
• Willingness to travel to our location at Forschungscampus Garching for occasional events
• Enrolled at a German university and available for at least 6 months.
Key responsibilities include:
• Preparation and follow-up as well as on-site support of seminar events (service activities for seminar catering as well as set-up and dismantling of rooms, preparation of course materials, support for our virtual)
• Support in market research for new programs as well as the preparation of information materials
• Support in prospect and applicant management, as well as audit performance management
• Support in data maintenance in the web-based CRM system
