Since October 2024, we have been setting off a firework display of concerts, art, culture, culinary delights, academy events, private parties and corporate events in the Bergson Kunstkraftwerk in Munich Aubing across the entire 20,000 m² space.

Our guests can enjoy culinary delights not only in our casual fine dining restaurant Zeitlang (PAX 90), the Anima Tagesbar (PAX 100), our live club Barbastelle (PAX 90), the outdoorterrace (PAX 130) and the beer garden (PAX 500), but also at our multifaceted event catering for small and large events in the Bergson for up to approx. 1,500 people. With reliable, sustainable quality and innovative food creations, we cater to every taste - from modern interpretations of cuisine and international dishes to vegetarian and vegan options.

We are looking for a full-time member of our team as soon as possible:n

F&B Supervisor (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Operational management of shifts (incl. MOD) and guidance of all F&B service teams
• Ensuring and monitoring all relevant standards, processes and hygiene guidelines (incl. HACCP)
• Organizational and personnel shift planning and training of new employees and trainees
• Responsibility for daily closing and routine handling of common cash register systems
• Competent interface management between team and management as well as professional guest communication and complaint management
• Participation in the optimization of work processes and creation of drinks menus and menus for à la carte and event formats

Please bring

• You have training in the catering and hospitality industry (e.g. restaurant and event catering specialist, hotel specialist) and have already gained several years of operational management experience and team leadership in the service sector.
• As a real host, you impress with your friendliness, professionalism and always keep an overview even in demanding situations.
• You are motivated, flexible in terms of time and enjoy working in a team.
• At the same time, you are characterized by independent, goal-oriented action and an uncomplicated approach.
• You have a high level of quality awareness, a good sense of urgency and an open-minded, engaging manner.
• Fluent German and English round off your profile.
