Aufgabengebiet
- Provide IT support for users in a remote environment, including administration of internal tools & systems and maintenance of the tool and asset inventory
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees across EMEA and the US
- Administer and support identity management solutions, particularly cloud-based platforms such as Okta or Azure
- Troubleshoot technical issues across multiple operating systems and various software packages
- Set up and maintain hardware (laptops, desktops, peripheral devices, printers, Wi-Fi)
- Provide technical guidance on applications and security best practices, including preparing relevant documentation
- Manage mobile devices and endpoints (inventory, tracking, security)
- Deliver technical support for onsite and offsite events
- Own the IT support roadmap and budget, ensuring a proactive approach to all IT topics
- Lead and execute end-to-end process improvement projects to optimise operational efficiency
- Drive the integration and implementation of AI solutions to streamline processes and enhance innovation
Anforderungsprofil
- Proven experience in a similar IT role within a remote environment
- Strong knowledge of Apple and Google platforms
- Experience working with modern SaaS landscapes (e.g., Kandji, Okta, Confluence, Slack, Asana, Google Workspace)
- Ability to design, develop, and roll out IT projects and processes
- Knowledge of cloud solutions and IT security best practices
- self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Openness and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering user-oriented IT solutions
- Experience in evaluating, testing, and implementing AI tools for process optimisation is a plus
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
